In Abigail Abrams' article "Obama Immigration Executive Action Update: Supreme Court to Review President's Immigration Action", addresses how the Supreme Court has decided to go further and review Obama's executive action on immigration that was halted as a result of 26 states filing lawsuits against the President's action. Presidential candidates: Marco Rubio, Hillary Clinton, and Bernie Sanders made their remarks towards the Supreme Court's decision to review the executive action; while Democrats Clinton and Sanders support Obama's action and wish to continue the program, Republican Marco Rubio asserts Obama's executive action as "unconstitutional." Abrams explains how Obama's executive order will allow millions of undocumented immigrants parents who's children are citizens, apply for work permits and dismantle the fear of deportation. While it seemed that Obama's promise from 2014 was forever halted, new hope sparked the possibility of the action coming true. However, without Republican support, the wait for an immigration reform could be far from over.
